Aid In the Rescue of Ugandan Children – Fighting Uganda Childhood Hunger

Uganda, formally the Republic of Uganda, is a landlocked country within East Africa that lies standing atop the equator and seems to have a tumultuous history.

Uganda remains to face several problems as it strives to become a nation of comparative stability and development, with a growing younger population.


With approximately 1.4 million refugees, Uganda seems to be currently Africa's biggest refugee-hosting country. There have been worries that Uganda would soon be home to nearly one million child refugees they want worldwide children's charities.

Uganda's Children Face Difficulties


Whilst Uganda childhood hunger has made some improvements, vast gaps persist, with far too many still suffering from avoidable causes, starvation, and lack of access to education, as well as turning mothers very soon.

Ugandan children throughout the north confront conflict, poverty, a lack of food, and deplorable humanitarian situations.

· Malnutrition causes retardation in 29 percent of children.

· 23percent of the total children are now out of school, and 29percent of the total girls (ages 15 and above) have difficulty reading and writing.

· Twenty percent of girls (ages 15-19) marry, and one in every eight gives birth.

· Poverty affects 21% of the population.


Throughout rural Uganda, wherever your money is supporting to build classrooms, educate teachers, improve children's reading and mathematical skills, and far more, youngsters share a giggle at school.
