Water is life. The motto of “aqua 4 life” is strongly followed by Amigos. We are here to work on the requirement of water in the northern regions of Uganda. Although the extension process requires a lot of stuff to capture, we still give our best to release those deficiencies.
A team of the World Health Organization (WHO) gave a report that a child in Uganda died every 8 seconds due to water-related disease. This was a devastating truth to accept. However, things are changing a lot.
The efforts from Amigos World Wide operations help many children to get healthy and clean water. It is possible through the installation of water wells.
The operation to save lives in Uganda is on the go. Yes, we have built a water well at the campus of Jehovah Jireh Outreach Center Church. It is possible with the help of Water Charity Uganda.
This well serves as a life-changer asset for the church and school. However, there is no running water in the toilets. Children used to go miles out to bring water. Things are changing now. A water tower and a water well have made a huge impact.
All these assets give pure and freshwater to the school as well as the Jehovah Jireh Christian Center Church. Water is a much-required need for healthy living for all.
To live a healthy life, Amigos gives better and more convenient help in the department of water supply. Doing this work has helped many to eradicate the water-related diseases in Uganda.
